At Yixing Tea Art, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make from our store. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will assist you with your return or exchange request. Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please adhere to the following conditions:

1. Authorization and Timeframe: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please initiate your return within 30 days after receiving the items.

2. Item Condition: All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You must include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

3. Shipping Method: When returning or exchanging items, it is essential to use a shipping method that provides tracking information. We recommend obtaining a signature upon delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

• Items purchased on sale or using gift cards.
• Damage or loss caused by customers.

General Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate a Return: Email us at info@yixingteaart.shop and include photos and/or videos of the items you wish to return. Additionally, provide us with your order number. Our customer service staff will review your request within 3 business days to determine its eligibility.

2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package with in email. Please ensure that you only ship the items after receiving proper authorization. Remember to use a shipping method with tracking information to avoid any complications. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your request within 5 working days. If eligible, we will provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund accordingly. 

Return Charges

Please note the following guidelines regarding return charges:

• If the return is due to our error, such as incorrect products or quality issues, we will provide a full refund.
• If the return is due to buyer-related issues, such as personal preferences or ordering the wrong product or size, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

• Restocking Fee: For returns initiated by the customer, we will charge a 5% restocking fee based on the total order amount. This fee is necessary to cover Shopify’s payment processing and transaction charges incurred during the original purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 working days. If you haven't received the refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. If needed, you can reach out to us at info@yixingteaart.shop for further assistance. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If your payment is completed, and the parcel has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel your order and provide a full refund. However, once the parcel has been shipped out, orders cannot be canceled.
